Mr. Himeshkumar Mujadia

Mr. Himesh Mujadia is a strategic and results-driven Site Head with over 31 years of extensive experience in leading large-scale Agrochemical and Pharmaceutical (API) manufacturing operations. A Graduate in Chemical Engineering, he currently leads the Gujarat Insecticides Ltd. (GIL) site and has previously held leadership positions with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, Zydus Cadila Healthcare Ltd., and Atul Ltd.

His experience encompasses end-to-end site and operations management, operational excellence, HSE and Process Safety Management, technology transfer and scale-up, productivity and cost improvement, people and team leadership, regulatory and statutory compliance, ESG, and change management. He has a proven track record of strengthening manufacturing capabilities, driving technological and process improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

Known for fostering a strong “Safety First” and “Zero Harm” culture, Himesh is committed to building high-performing teams and delivering safe, compliant, sustainable, and business-focused growth.

Dr. Anita Shantaram

Dr. Anita Shantaram is the founder of EthicsIndia and an independent director on multiple boards, one of the few women in India working for over 3 decades in the space of leadership, governance and ethics.

She brings deep expertise in ethics, governance, and compliance, the areas that strengthen a company’s oversight and risk management framework. Her experience spans industries, and her commitment to ethical leadership adds to a board’s effectiveness.

That expertise rests on a strong academic foundation and broad cross-industry work. She holds a PhD from BITS Pilani, with a thesis on how ethical practice and financial performance move together and a certification from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative in the US. She has conducted 2000+ workshops across India, Dubai, and Jordan for organisations that hold ethics central to how they do business, among them the Tata Group, L&T, and IDBI.

As visiting faculty in Business Ethics at NMIMS , SJMSOM at IIT Bombay, IIM Rohtak, and the Goa Institute of Management, she teaches 200+ management students each year, influencing the next generation to hold ethics at their core.

Mr. Diwakar Shenoy

Mr. Shenoy oversees the manufacturing operations across all Gharda Chemicals’ sites, including its subsidiaries, ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, he spearheads Environment, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Sustainability initiatives, fostering a culture of responsibility and maintaining strong industrial relations at all manufacturing locations.

As a key member of the Management Committee, D.K. Shenoy plays a pivotal role in driving business performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. He also contributes to R&D efforts, as well as the development and launch of new products and processes. Collaborating closely with other committee members, he helps shape and implement the company’s business strategy, ensuring sustained growth and innovation.

Mr. Nilesh A Kulkarni

Mr. Kulkarni brings a diverse and accomplished professional journey spanning the Aviation, Banking, Management Advisory, and Chemicals sectors. With broad cross-industry exposure and a strategic business perspective, he provides leadership and direction across multiple critical functions of the organization.

As a Director, he oversees and guides Sales & Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk Management, Secretarial & Legal, Design & Engineering, Procurement, and CSR. His wide-ranging responsibilities reflect his ability to connect business strategy with operational execution, strengthen organizational capabilities, and drive sustainable growth. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
